When to Plant

Sow after the danger of frost has passed. In warmer climates, wildflowers may also be planted during the cooler fall season.

Sunlight

Choose a location receiving 6 or more hours of sunlight per day with well-draining soil.

How to Plant

Remove weeds and loosen the top layer of soil. Scatter the seeds evenly over the prepared area, then gently press them into the soil for good seed-to-soil contact. Do not bury deeply.

Watering

Keep the soil consistently moist while the seeds germinate. Water with a gentle spray so the seeds aren't washed away. Once established, water as needed based on rainfall and local growing conditions.

Growing

Germination and bloom times vary by the varieties in the mix and your climate and growing conditions. Allow the flowers to mature and enjoy the changing assortment of blooms throughout the season.

Growing in the Favor Pot

Seeds may be started in the included green pot. As seedlings grow and need additional space, transplant them into a larger container or directly into the garden.
