Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days. Business days for processing are Monday through Thursday, excluding major holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Seed shipping restrictions

Valhalla Hall currently ships seed orders within the United States only. We do not currently ship seeds internationally. Certain seeds may be restricted from shipment to particular states or locations due to federal, state, or local agricultural regulations. When a restriction applies, we reserve the right to remove the affected item from an order or cancel the order and issue the appropriate refund.

Shipping rates

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation is sent after your order has been prepared for shipment. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package before tracking begins updating.

Delivery times

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, unless the service you selected specifically provides a guarantee. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping addresses

Please verify your shipping address before checkout. If you find an error after ordering, write to us as soon as you can through our contact page. We will try to correct it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us with your order number. For damage, keep the packaging and photograph the shipping container, the label, the damaged packaging, and the affected products so the issue can be documented with the carrier.
