Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and represent products accurately. Seeds, flowers, plants, produce, and other natural materials vary by their nature. Photographs are representative, and actual plants or harvested crops may differ in size, color, shape, growth habit, or appearance. Product availability may change without notice.
Seed information
Seed descriptions, planting information, growing suggestions, journal articles, and other agricultural information are provided for general educational purposes. Growing results are not guaranteed. Germination, plant health, flowering, fruiting, yield, maturity, appearance, and crop success can all be affected by climate, weather, soil, water, pests, disease, storage, and cultivation practices outside our control.
Seed dates and viability
A packing, planting-season, sell-by, or similar date on seed packaging should not be read as the date on which the seed becomes unusable, unless it is expressly identified as an expiration date. Seed viability changes over time and varies by species and storage conditions.
Pricing and orders
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, and other inadvertent errors. We may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other fulfillment issues. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the appropriate amount is refunded.
Shipping and returns
We ship within the United States only. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information. Carrier delays after a shipment is handed to the carrier may be outside our control. Purchases are also subject to our shipping policy and returns and refunds policy.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, original Valhalla Hall photographs, written content, graphics, educational materials, logos, branding, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Valhalla Hall, Inc. and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks, product names, photographs, packaging, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Educational content
Information in the Valhalla Hall Journal, growing guides, product descriptions, social media, or other educational materials is for general information and education. It is not professional agricultural, medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valhalla Hall is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from crop failure, weather, environmental conditions, improper seed storage, planting practices, pests, disease, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party products
Valhalla Hall may offer products produced or packaged by third parties. Their trademarks, trade names, product designs, and packaging remain the property of their respective owners. Reselling a third-party product does not transfer those intellectual-property rights to Valhalla Hall.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from a purchase made through this store are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Use of personal information is also governed by our privacy policy. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights, which are set out there.
