Payment information is generally processed by our ecommerce platform and payment processors. We may receive transaction details, but we do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Our relationship with Shopify

This store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the store in order to provide and improve it. Information you submit here is transmitted to and shared with Shopify, and with third parties that may be located in countries other than where you live. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense. Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include certain advertising or analytics disclosures involving cookies or similar technologies. If applicable law gives you an opt-out right, you can exercise it on our Your Privacy Choices page.

If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, then depending on where you are, we treat that as a request to opt out of activity that may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information, or other uses that may be considered targeted advertising, for the device and browser you used. Where we can associate that device with an account, we apply the request to the account as well. Other than Global Privacy Control, we do not recognize other "Do Not Track" signals.

Publishing this notice is not a representation that Valhalla Hall currently meets the statutory thresholds that make a business subject to the CCPA.

Florida privacy notice

Florida's Digital Bill of Rights places privacy-notice and consumer-rights requirements on covered controllers. Where the law applies, the notice addresses the categories of personal data processed, the purposes of processing, the methods for exercising rights and appeals, and the applicable categories of sharing and third parties.

Write to us through our contact page and say what you are asking for. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request. Where applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision with the words "Privacy Appeal."
