When will my order ship?
Seed Shipping Information
At Valhalla Hall Farm, we strive to process and send out seed orders within 3-5 business days of receipt. We ship seeds year-round via the U.S. Postal Service to addresses in the U.S. and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship seeds overseas or to Mexico.
Seed Shipping & Handling Charges:
For U.S. addresses:
- Orders totaling $1.00-$40.00: $5.95
- Orders totaling $40.01 and above: $8.95
For Canadian addresses:
- $15.00 Flat Rate Seed Shipping (import duties/fees not included)
Note: Merchandise costs are calculated based on the retail price of each product, excluding sale prices or volume discount prices.

We ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the USA.

Product
How are the product materials sourced?
There are four key characteristics that qualify seeds as heirloom:
Open-Pollinated: The plant must be open-pollinated, meaning it has not been cross-pollinated with another variety. It is naturally pollinated through the wind, bees, or other insects.
Age: The variety needs to be at least fifty years old, often passed down from generation to generation, and typically older than half a century.
True to Type: Heirloom seeds are not hybrids, which means they will reproduce true to type, maintaining the same characteristics as the parent plant.
Non-GMO: Heirloom seeds are not genetically modified.
How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?
The colors shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are highly accurate. But please note that there are small variations in lot-batches of a few products due to which the colors will have slight variations.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Valhalla Hall Farm Return Policy
At Valhalla Hall Farm, we unconditionally guarantee our seeds and non-seed products for 14 days from the point of purchase. We do not accept returns of seeds or any other products after 14 days. Non-seed products must include all parts and original packaging to qualify for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
If your seeds fail to germinate based on their specific requirements or you encounter issues with other products, please contact us immediately. We have experienced growers on staff who can assist you with troubleshooting and may resolve the issue without a return. Please have the lot number from the seed label ready when you call.
1. **Contact Customer Service**:

- Contact us within 7 days for return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service team.
2. **Return Authorization**:
- Customer service will provide instructions and details for returning products. Returns must be received within 2 weeks from the date of return authorization. Returns received after 2 weeks are not eligible for a refund. For example, if you contact us on the 29th day to authorize a return, your products are eligible, and you have an additional 2 weeks to ensure we receive them.
Refund Options
We offer two options for refunds. There are no exceptions.
1. **In-Store Credit Refunds**:
- Receive 100% of the value of your returned product as in-store credit.
- You will have to cover the return shipping costs.
- Credit will be applied to your online account in the form of rewards points.
2. **Cash Refunds**:
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the time we receive your return. Refunds to credit cards may take several business days to post back to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We do not pay return shipping on international orders.

All returns must have an RA Number provided by customer service clearly printed on the outside of the box.

**Please Note**: All returns must be authorized and follow the instructions provided by customer service. Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse are not eligible for refunds.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer cash on delivery. But we have a lot of options that allow flexible payments and vouchsafe your money in case you need to initiate a return due to product faults.
